Mike Munson is the founder of Munsota LLC and Munsota Management LLC. He is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the firm's investment platform, including the acquisition of new opportunities, day-to-day property operations, and portfolio management. 

Prior to launching MUNSOTA, Mike was Development Director for a local developer overseeing all facets of real estate development including deal sourcing and feasibility, acquisitions, design development, entitlements, financing, construction and lease-up.

Mike’s experience includes new construction, acquisition rehab/adaptive reuse, low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, and distressed asset re-positionings. Mike has been involved in the acquisition and/or development of nearly 1,350 units at a total development cost of $235MM. 

Mike graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics. Mike is a licensed broker in the state of Minnesota and is actively involved in Big Brother Big Sister, MN Real Estate Exchangers and Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.

A former collegiate baseball player at the University of Minnesota–Crookston, Grant brings the same teamwork, discipline, and leadership he showed on the field to his work in property management.

After starting as an intern, Grant quickly stood out for his strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn. In his new role, he’ll help support MUNSOTA’s growing multifamily portfolio - ensuring smooth operations, great resident experiences, and strong coordination across leasing, maintenance, and special projects.

Robert McElroy is a Certified Public Accountant and Managing Director at ealytics with nearly a decade of experience in accounting, finance, and strategic planning. His background includes roles at EY, Charles Schwab, and Carlson Wagonlit Travel, where he developed expertise in audit, compliance, financial reporting, and company-level financial analysis.

Robert began his career as a Senior Auditor at EY, building a strong foundation in high-quality execution and trusted client relationships. As a Strategic Planning Manager at CWT, he refined his ability to translate complex financial data into clear, practical reporting that supports informed decision-making.

At ealytics, Robert is known for his reliable, detail-oriented approach and his commitment to delivering investor-ready financials with a strategic, big-picture perspective. He partners closely with clients to provide straightforward, facts-based analysis that supports long-term growth.

Robert holds undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Finance, Investment, and Banking from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
